Dutch Stewed Potatoesvegetables, penndutch 2 cup potato, raw, diced 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 dash pepper 1 teaspoon parsley, minced 1 each onion, sliced 2 teaspoon flour Melt the butter and cook onion in it about 5 minutes. Add the salt, pepper, parsley and potatoes and cover with boiling water and cook until tender. Thicken the potatoes with the flour which has been mixed with a little cold water.
