Moravian Mintscandies, penndutch 3 cup powdered sugar 1 cup water, boiling 12 drop peppermint oil 1 single *or: 12 drop wintergreen oil Boil sugar and water until when dropped in cold water it forms a soft ball. Add the mint oil, remove from stove and beat until it thickens. Then drop from spoon in thin patties on buttered or oiled paper.
