Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

12 oz cool whip -- thawed
2 cup half and half or milk
1 pkg 4-serving size vanilla or
1 chocolate
1 instant pudding & pie
1 filling
1 assorted cookies and candies

Spoon whipped topping into large bowl; refrigerate. Rinse and dry tub. Pour half-and-half into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in 3-1/2 cups of the whipped topping and Stir in ingredients. Spoon pudding mixture into tub; cover with plastic wrap. FREEZE 6 hours or overnight. To unmold, run small spatula or knife around edge of tub. Place serving plate on top of tub. Invert; shake gently to loosen. Carefully remove tub. Frost top and sides of frozen pudding mixture with remaining whipped topping. Decorate with assorted cookies and candies to resemble desired critter. Serve immediately. Cut into slices to serve. Stir in Ingredients: Toffee Crunch; 2/3 cup crushed chocolate-covered English toffee bars. Fruit: 1 cup pureed fruit (strawberries, peaches or raspberries) Chocolate chip: 3/4 cup Baker's semi-sweet real chocolate chips.
