Chinese Chicken Liverspoultry, snacks 1 lb chicken livers 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon white wine 1 or 2 cloves minced garlic Wash chicken livers and pat dry. Combine other ingredients, adding oil last. Marinate livers in the honey mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. I usally turn the livers about half way. From: Earl Shelsby Date: 10-09-93
