Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

Chocolate - Peanut Butter Cups

1 pkg chocolate pudding mix
2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoon milk
1 cup whipped topping

Mix 2 tb. milk and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Fix chocolate pudding according to package directions. Place a couple tablespoons pudding in a dessert glass, then peanut butter mix, then more pudding - repeat until glass is full. Repeat with three more glasses. Makes 4 servings.
