Buffalo Cheese Spreadcheese, spreads 1/4 cup durkee hot sauce -- plus 2 t 12 oz sharp cheddar cheese -- 1 shredded 4 oz blue cheese -- crumbled 8 oz cream cheese -- softened 1/3 cup margarine or butter -- 1 softened Combine Hot sauce and other ingredients in food processor or mixer.
