Carrot-miso Pateappetizers, vegetables, low-fat, spreads 2 cup carrots, sliced 3 each slices ginger 2 each green onions, chopped 2 tablespoon mellow white miso 1 tablespoon maple syrup Steam carrots, ginger & green onions until the the carrots are tender, about 10 minutes.
