Fresh Garlic Vegetable Dipappetizers, vegetables, spreads 1 carrot, finely chopped 1/3 cup peeled and chopped cucumber 1/3 cup chopped zucchini 2 green onions, minced 1 pkg 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 2 large cloves fresh garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dill weed 3 drops tabasco Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate. Good served with wheat crackers. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
