Horseradish-cream Cheese Spreadappetizers, spreads 8 oz cream cheese; room temperature 1/4 cup fresh chives; finely chopped 2 tablespoon buttermilk 1/2 cup horseradish; grated and drained Mash all ingredients together until well combined, using just enough buttermilk to get the desired consistency.
