Nut Butter Spreadspreads 2 cup nuts; cashews, pecans, walnuts, 1 cup sunflower seed kernels 1 cup sesame seeds 1 oil 1 honey; to taste Place the nuts, sunflower seed kernels and seeds in an electric blender and blend until fine.
